Ensure a Fair Share Edit

Reward hard work and different forms of contribution wherever they are found. Create rules to curb excess compensation and under-compensation to ensure anyone who’s working hard has at least enough to get by and, ideally, is being rewarded in proportion to their actual contribution to the wellbeing of their fellows and society.

Instead of: dramatic inequality that generates poverty, undue social influence, social unrest, and numerous other societal dysfunctions .
